Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED: MARCH 2026 · GMYLD PROTOCOL
GMYLD Protocol interacts with public blockchains. Wallet addresses and on-chain transactions are publicly visible by nature. We do not require account registration or collect personal data beyond what is described here.

1. Who We Are

GMYLD Protocol operates gmyld.com and the associated staking game infrastructure on Solana. References to "we", "us", or "GMYLD" in this policy refer to the protocol team operating these services.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide

We do not require account creation. We do not collect your name, email address, or other personally identifying information to use the Protocol unless you contact us directly.

Wallet addresses and on-chain data

When you interact with the Protocol on-chain, your wallet address and transaction history are recorded on the Solana blockchain. This information is public by design and cannot be deleted. We may read and display this data in the protocol interface (leaderboard, loyalty scores, pot activity).

Website analytics

We may collect anonymised usage data from gmyld.com including pages visited, referral sources, browser type, and approximate geographic region for the purpose of improving the protocol experience. We do not use this data to identify individuals.

Communications

If you contact us by email or via social platforms, we retain those communications to respond and for legitimate operational purposes.

3. How We Use Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Blockchain Data

Blockchain transactions are immutable and public. Any interaction you make with GMYLD smart contracts — including staking, withdrawing, or participating in daily mechanics — is permanently recorded on the Solana blockchain and visible to anyone with access to on-chain data. This is a fundamental property of blockchain technology and is outside our control.

Pseudonymous wallet addresses may be linkable to real identities through third-party blockchain analysis. We take no responsibility for any such inference made by third parties.

5. Cookies and Tracking

The GMYLD website may use cookies or local storage for functional purposes such as remembering display preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may affect some functionality.

6. Third-Party Services

The Protocol interfaces with Solana network infrastructure, DEX aggregators (such as Jupiter), and wallet providers. These services have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for data collected by third-party services you interact with when using GMYLD.

7. Data Retention

On-chain data persists indefinitely on the Solana blockchain. Off-chain data we collect (website analytics, communications) is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. Note that we cannot delete data recorded on the blockchain.

9. Children

The Protocol is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has used the Protocol, contact us.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Protocol after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
