FAQ

Questions.

What is GMYLD?

Infrastructure for skill competitions on Solana. Anyone can launch a leaderboard on an official competition. Every try grows the prize and pays the launcher, and the more tries a round has, the more of the prize it pays out.

What is a competition coin?

Each board has its own coin, with the prize inside it. Every try buys the coin and burns it, so the prize grows as people play. Nobody holds the coin at launch, and boards have no trading pair.

How does a launcher earn?

The fee they pick, 0% to 30% of every try on their board, for as long as it runs. A lower fee means bigger prizes. Launchers also earn 0.75% of every try by players they bring, on any board, for good.

How does a competition become official?

Its operator applies. GMYLD checks that skill decides, that every entry is a new attempt by one known person, that results can be ranked, and that results come from the competition itself, signed by the operator. Most competitions need a repeated-attempt format, and we design it with you.

Who pays the winners?

Prizes sit in each board's pool on Solana and go straight to the winners' wallets in GMYLD, with no claim and no fee. Today GMYLD's server signs payouts exactly as the operator's results say. This moves into the program itself later.

What is $GMYLD for?

Every board's prize is held in GMYLD and every try is paid in it. Fixed supply of 100,000,000, with no presale. The protocol never sells tokens on the open market. Contract: DHZR5Pr526c7mqhtpw1mHGmshDucZ3RuJEj5vxgp9e8d

What is the Launcher Airdrop?

Up to 2,000,000 GMYLD a period for launchers whose boards keep paying out with real players, shared by points. Boards that look faked are counted out before each payout. No prize ever depends on it.

Who can play for money?

People 18 or over, or the legal age where they live if that is higher. Paid play and launching are closed in some countries, and the site tells you before you pay. Free play is open everywhere.

Can I set a spending limit or take a break?

Yes, in your account. A daily limit works on every GMYLD game. Lowering it works at once, raising it takes 24 hours. A break from paid play lasts 1 day to a year and can't be shortened.

What do you keep about me?

Your wallet address, the name and email you choose to add, your language, when you confirmed your age, and your runs with their replays for a set time. To keep paid play fair we also keep, for 90 days, the internet address, place, network and device you sign in, play and pay from; after that only a scrambled code of them stays, so one person can't play as many. We count pages visited without following you. If you accept cookies, we also keep clicks and recordings of some visits (typed text hidden) for 30 days to fix problems. GMYLD is in the EU.
